Shipping Policy

At Elastra, we understand that you want your order delivered as quickly and smoothly as possible. We do our best to make the shipping process clear, reliable, and efficient.


1. Order Processing

All orders are typically processed within 24 hours (business days only).
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with details about your order.


2. Average Delivery Time

Our products are shipped directly from our trusted fulfilment partners, allowing us to pass savings on transport, storage, and packaging directly to you — in the form of a fair price.

The average delivery time after dispatch is:
📦 7 – 14 business days

In some cases, delivery may take longer due to carrier delays or customs inspections (see Article 5 below).
Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.


3. Tracking Your Order

You can track your order using a Track & Trace code.

Tracking information usually becomes available 2–3 days after placing your order.
You can check your shipment status via our Track & Trace page.

If you haven’t received tracking information within 3 days, please contact us at Support@tryelastra.nl or via our contact form.


4. Didn’t Receive Your Order?

If your order hasn’t arrived after the expected delivery window:

  1. Check your tracking status first.

  2. Verify whether your parcel has been delivered to a neighbour or local pickup point.

  3. Contact us with your order number, and our support team will assist you.

Our customer service team typically responds within 2 to 6 hours.


5. Possible Delays

While we always aim to deliver within the estimated timeframe, delays can occur due to factors beyond our control, such as:

  • Courier or postal delays

  • Customs or border checks

  • Extreme weather conditions

  • Public holidays or peak logistics periods

In these exceptional cases, delivery may take longer than 14 business days. We kindly ask for your understanding.


6. Customs, VAT & Import Fees

For international orders outside your customs region, local VAT, import duties, or clearance fees may be charged by your local postal service or customs office.

Any additional import or customs charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
Elastra has no control over these fees and cannot predict their amount in advance.

If you are ordering from outside the UK or EU, we recommend checking your country’s customs regulations before placing your order.


7. Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.

If you’ve made a mistake, contact us as soon as possible (within 24 hours) at info@elastra.nl using the subject line “Address Change”.
Once your order has been shipped, we cannot make any address changes.

If a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address, any reshipping or return costs will be the responsibility of the customer.


8. Order Cancellation or Modification

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, as long as it has not yet been processed or shipped.
After this time, cancellations may not be possible as your order may already be in transit.
